About

Chambers County Library proudly serves the cities of Lanett, LaFayette, Valley, and West Point along with the entire Chambers County area.

The library provides residents a place to learn, read or just relax in a comforting atmosphere. We offer programs of interest to children, teen and adults including many special events like Night Out at the Library, Library Travelers, Lunch N Learn, STEM Club, storytime, reading programs and adult education classes.

The Chambers County Library has two locations for your convenience: Bradshaw Library in Valley and the LaFayette Library in LaFayette.

The Cobb Memorial Archives is also housed at Bradshaw Library in Valley and provides a rich collection of genealogy materials and local history.

The library staff is committed to meeting your needs for reading, information and life-long learning.
